WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
All bookings require 100% pre-payment at the time of booking. Refunds will be given inline with our cancellation policy.
WILL I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Any recent blood and/or other test results as discussed if available and a list of any medications and supplements including brand names and dosages.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
A case analysis will be undertaken to include the presenting complaint, questions about other body systems, lifestyle questions, personal and family medical history as well as a dietary analysis. During a face to face consultation, A physical examination including blood pressure, nail, tongue and a Bio-impedence analysis may also be undertaken. A comprehensive treatment plan will also be provided
HOW MANY CONSULTATIONS WILL I REQUIRE?
The amount of consultations will depend on individual needs and will depend on severity of symptoms and goals. The impact of Nutritional changes does not happen overnight and are not a band aid solution often requiring ongoing support. A minimum of 3 consultations is recommended for all cases, however this will be further discussed individually.
CAN I GET A HEALTH FUND REBATE?
This will need to be checked with your health fund.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
In some cases, pathology or functional testing may be highly indicated some of which can be undertaken through your GP and bulk billed. Other functional testing which may be indicated in certain cases are separate from the consultation fee. Any nutraceutical prescriptions will also have additional charges.
